Description

Northeastern University’s OHDSI Lab equips learners and researchers with the training, credentials, and resources they need to extract value from large-scale observational health data, providing access to medical billing claims data and a range of analytical tools. Users (faculty, students, or external researchers) can run their own projects or collaborate with existing study teams and contribute to the generation of real-world evidence (OHDSI Lab pitch deck).

Jonah Bradenday, the OHDSI Lab Administrator, will be hosting a 1-hour Population-Level Estimation R package demonstration at 11 AM on January 21, 2025 at the Roux Institute. During the demo, Jonah will run an example study against PharMetrics, IQVIA’s large-scale medical billing claims dataset, showcasing how OHDSI Lab Users with basic R skills can run complex direct effect or comparative effect estimation studies utilizing this standardized analytical pipeline.

If you would like to attend this session (in person or virtually) please add your email to this sign up form before January 12, 2026. Jonah can be reached at [email protected] (or [email protected]).
